RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Client has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours upon placing the order. The cancellation requests made after 24 hours are subject to the Refund Policy outlined below.
After we receive the cancellation request we’ll process the full refund in the form of your original payment for the product within reasonable business time.
IvoryandKate stands for great customer service and we accept returns for the orders on following conditions.
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, and tags and labels intact.
Return request must be made within 3 days upon the delivery date on the email firstname.lastname@example.org
The item you want to return must be shipped within 7 days upon the delivery date in the original packaging that it arrived to you.
Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains, without labels tags, and or the original packaging may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Clients cannot return Сustom or customized items.
RETURN OF THE DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive a package or item in a damaged condition you should not accept such a package and file a report with your local post office and notify us about the problem with the copy of the post office report or claim included.
The orders claimed damaged without proof of report to the postal service are not subject to return or refund.
IvoryandKate reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
We will inspect and process your return within 5 days upon delivery. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed.
All refunds except Cancellations are subject to 15% processing fee. The processing fee will be deducted from the initial payment and the remaining sum will be deposited to your account in the form of your original payment. The refund will be issued in 3-5 days after the return inspection.
All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy listed above. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy above may be subject to denial.
